Acceptance of Terms

By browsing and placing orders on joracollection.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Orders

1. All orders are placed via WhatsApp and confirmed by our team
2. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability
3. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all applicable taxes
4. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice

Delivery

1. We deliver across Pakistan via TCS, Leopards, or equivalent courier services
2. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from order confirmation
3. Delivery charges apply for orders below PKR 3,000
4. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services

Returns & Exchanges

1. Exchanges accepted within 7 days — item must be unworn and in original packaging
2. Returns accepted within 3 days for manufacturing defects only
3. Sale items are non-returnable
4. Customer bears return courier charges

Payment

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide
2. Online payment details are shared via WhatsApp after order confirmation
3. For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at delivery
